Pickup
Pickup of orders is NOT possible unless you are prepared to pick up from the warehouse directly. Your order will ship from one or more of our warehouses in 5 different Australian cities. The city or warehouse may depend on the product/s ordered.

Shipping is by weight per shipment.

Standard shipping by road and or by Australia Post or other road service up to 3 Kg is $15.00* - Delivery 3-5 days Nation wide.
Courier shipping by air and or road up to 3 Kg is $16.50 - Delivery 2-4 days Nation wide.
Australia Post Platinum Express Post up to 3 Kg - $20.00 - Delivery 1-2 Days Nation wide.

Orders over $800.00 shipping is free**.

Please note well: All shipping times are calculated from the day your order leaves our wear house, for example: If you place your order on a Monday and your order ships from our warehouse on a Tuesday then the shipping is calculated from the Tuesday and not from the day you placed the order. This applies for all shipping methods.

Standard Delivery Within Australia
Meerkat Computer Services will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner by Australia Post or other delivery method as is appropiate.

Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next business day pending stock availability.

Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday).

If the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original postal fee charged to you by Meerkat Computer Services. If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days from the day the package was received, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding postal charges.

International Deliveries
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-21 working days.

On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Back-order items may take longer than 7-21 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

Postal charges for international air freight is a by weight. You will be contacted with a quote for international Shipping. All parcel are sent via Express Post International.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Late Deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
• Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
• If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item and dispatch
it to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply.

Stock Levels
Stock levels are accurate where possible. However some popular products like Marware and others move very quickly and it is impossible to keep actual availability of stock  levels up to date. We do our best to keep availability reflected on the products page but this not always possible. If shipping times are critical it is recommended to check on availability BEFORE PLACING AND PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER by sending an email to sales@meerkat-computers.com.au. It may take up to 48 hrs to get a reply from the warehouse.

Some popular products such as some Mareware products may require pre ordering and prepayment to secure an order. All orders require prepayment before the order will ship. No orders will ship with out being paid for in full in advance including the correct shipping fees.
